Bossie Construction has been in business for 15 years doing a variety of construction projects from residential renovations and barn building to medical office renovations and construction. Mark Bossie, the founder and President, has over 30 years experience in the building trades. Mark picked up extensive experience in his 10 years working for Marshall Erdman and Associates as a Senior Project Superintendent. Marshall Erdman at the time was one of the nation’s largest medical office design build companies. Mark was responsible for jobs from $250,000 on up to $10 million. Tired of the road, Mark decided to go back out on his own. Bossie Construction still does subcontract work for Erdman Co., formally Marshall Erdman.<\/div>\n

In 2012 Bossie Construction was hired by Erdman Co.\u00a0 to do a renovation on two different buildings simultaneously\u00a0 in Eire, PA.\u00a0 We were able to work side by side with union contractors and in fact set the pace for an on-time delivery of both buildings.<\/div>\n

In 2014, We hit the road with a 36 foot RV and all our tools. Erdman Company had a client that needed 10 urgent care facilities built out. We were able to get the contracts for 7 of these locations and we were working on at least 3 simultaneously finishing all seven on time. The locations were Berlin VT., Rutland VT, St. Albans VT, Portsmouth NH, Belmont NH,\u00a0 Lebanon NH and Scarborough ME. The majority of the buildings were in strip malls and were old Block Buster movie rental stores. All averaged around 3,000 square feet\u00a0 with a couple were over 4,000. They were comprised of 5 or 6 exam rooms, two procedure rooms, an X-ray room, labs, and 3 to 4 bathrooms. The year ended and we came back home to winter in Virginia.<\/div>\n

2015 was a slow year chasing leads that never materialized. We were able to keep busy on local residential jobs building decks, lots of insurance work (fire and flood jobs), and one Pharmacy in Hagerstown MD.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
